Our demolition process is quite different from the average "destroy and demolish" technique, which can be dangerous, dirty, and unprofessional. Our process involves disassembling the structure piece by piece then loading the spoils directly onto a waiting truck. This allows us to keep control of the reclamation process and site safety at all times.

The structure shown here, for example, took 4 hand wreckers 3 days to complete with an 80% reclamation rate. Items within the structure are recycled as well, including a large quanity of bird droppings which were mixed into the soil at a local farm for fertilizer. Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and Mini Excavators were utilized to completely remove the concrete pier pilings and foundation - which were recycled at a local processing facility - to be used in new construction base rock.
